Same-day delivery orders must be placed by 11:00am CT; same-day pick-up orders must be placed by 3:00pm CT. We recommend placing your order a few days in advance—a week or more for holidays. By doing so, you give us a chance to purchase the best product for your arrangement.

Please refer to the Flora delivery zone map to confirm that we deliver to your recipient’s address. Special custom-deliveries to Chicagoland areas outside of Flora’s designated delivery zone might be available, please call the store to inquire. Our delivery fees range from $8–$30 and are based upon area codes and proximity our store.

To help ensure proper receipt of each delivery, Flora will contact the recipient to confirm the best delivery time and any special instructions, unless otherwise instructed. If we cannot reach the recipient, we will attempt delivery. If the recipient is not home the arrangement will be left with building security or in a secure location, whenever possible.
